Owner and Founder of Soul Yoga & Retreats
Donna's journey into yoga could be said to have saved her life~ through crippling arthritis (and at one stage of her life she was close to moving from crutches into a wheelchair) she stepped into her first Bikram class in Nov 2011 and her life changed forever. Having practiced almost every day since, Hot Yoga and Yoga is part of her everyday health management and one of her ‘non negotiables’.
​
Donna has been hosting international retreats since 2012 incorporating all things health & wellness, with the rebranding of Detox Destinations to Soul Yoga & Retreats in October 2020. Donna teaches the 26+2 Sequence, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Pranayama and Sound Healing. And we cannot forget her love of Raw, Real and Clean Food, she loves sharing all the goodness of 'breaking bread' together and filling peoples bellies.

Her nature is to nurture, a divine open spirit with a knack for all things organisation and action!

Donna draws you in like a big safe hug. She has 2 fur babies and a kick ass husband who supports all her endeavours.
