At Soul Yoga & Retreats we are passionate about providing the space for our guests to realise their full potential and support our gorgeous humans to rediscover what lies beneath and to connect back within. The intimate setting of this retreat allows for personal attention and guidance. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about, this offers something for everyone.
 

Donna and Benny, your hosts for our MOVEMENT. BREATH. ICE. RETREAT will guide you using fundamental elements of movement, stillness and breathe allowing you to create space for release, expansion and healing.
 

We invite you to join us for this unique experience we have mindfully curated, including the disciplines of yoga and meditation that are complementary to the Wim Hof Method.
 

Donna will begin the day with a yoga class sequenced to specifically activate the Vagus Nerve and the Parasympathetic Nervous System, and to ease the release of physical tension. Finishing with a mindful meditation and sound healing bath to begin the journey inward, to quieten the mind and observe the connection of the body to the breath in preparation for the second half of the day.

Certified Wim Hof Instructor, Benny, will fully support and lead you through the second half of the retreat, based on this method and other practices he has utilised in his career in emergency rescue. Through the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method you will gain a deep understanding of how to utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimise body and mind, and learn about the underlying physiology changes that occur during these practices. You will cover theory, practical breathwork exercises which include a meditative experience at the end which can be ground breaking for some, before partaking in the cold immersion journey in an ice bath (always optional!).
